Sorry for typing in Eng na krub. I don't have Thai font on this computer krub.
I just got my new bike (mountain bike) and have question about it krub.
I plan to ride between school and home. The distance is around 10 miles per day krub. There are several uphills and downhills. It is quite tiredsome, I can say.
The question is about adjusting my bike seat krub. I have a feeling that if I raise a seat up a little, and stretch my legs a little, it would consume less energy during biking uphills krub. I am not sure if I am paranoid about this - -". Is it true that the higher the bike seat, the lesser it energy it will take? I feel that it is hard to to stand on my bike (especially during traffic lights), but it make me easier to paddling uphills krub. What is the best condition for the height of the bike seat krub?
Thanks in advance for all suggestion na krub. You guys can also type Thai. I can read Thai, but I just can't type Thai on this machine krub. +_+"
