ขอเชิญเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันชิงถ้วยรางวัลมรดกโลกหลวงพระบาง ทัวร์ ออฟ ลาว 2009 วันที่ 23-27 กันยายน 2009
รายละเอียดการแข่งขัน
1. สถานที่ เริ่มการแข่งขันจากนครหลวงเวียงจันทน์และเข้าเส้นชัยที่หลวงพระบาง
2. ทีมที่เข้าร่วม รับสมัครทีมที่เข้าร่วมจำนวน 12 ทีม แต่ละทีมประกอบด้วยนักกีฬาจักรยานเสือหมอบชายจำนวน 6 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ทีม 4 คน
3. ค่าใช้จ่าย แต่ละทีมเสียค่าสมัคร 200 ยูเอสดอลลาร์ ทางผู้จัดการแข่งขันจะรับผิดชอบค่าใช่จ่ายในการรับ-ส่งที่สนามบินวัดไต และสะพานมิตรภาพ ค่าที่พักและค่าอาหารตลอดระยะเวลาการแข่งขัน
4. กฏและกติกาการแข่งขัน ใช้กฏกติกาการแข่งขันตามระบบของ UCI โดยจะมีการประชุมผู้จัดการทีมในตอนค่ำวันที่ 22 กันยายน 2009 ข้อขัดแย้งและการประท้วงที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการแข่งขันให้ใช้กฏเกณฑ์ของ UCI ในการแก้ไขปัญหา
5.เครื่องแต่งกาย ผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันต้องสวมใส่ชุดประจำทีม
6. อุปกรณ์การแข่งขัน ผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันต้องเตรียมอุปกรณ์การแข่งขันมาเอง

Invitation to " The Luangprabang World Heritage Cup Tour of Lao 2009 "
Tour information in details

1) dates : The first Louang Prabang world heritage cup “ tour of Laos 2009 “ will be held on 23 -27 September 2009
2) venues : first Louang Prabang world heritage cup “ tour of Laos 2009 “will start at Vientiane capital of Laos and conclurde in Louang Prabang province covering a distance of 456,60 km
3) Events : “the first Louang Prabang world heritage cup “ tour of Laos 2009 “has a total of five (5) stages covering a total distance of 456,60 kilometers .
4) team manager’ s meeting : it s compulsory for the team mangers or team representatives to attend the team manager’ s meeting which will be held one day before the race .
5) opening and closing Ceremonies : all participating teams (riders and officials ) are compulsory to attend both the Opening and Closing ceremonies .
6) the number of our invitatuion is four (4 ) officials and six (6)riders .
7 )expenses : 200 US Dollar / team. The organizing committee is to take care of expenses including accommodation, meals and local transportation from September 22 to 28, 2009 .
However, the expenses of round trip air tickets to laos and the return to your country will be borne by the participating teams
8 )general Rules & Regulat ions : The tour of Laos 2009 will be conducted according to UCI rules and regulations ( last version ) in addition to other rules and regulations provided by the organizers .
Any problems arising with the regard of the rules , the organizing committee will be referred to the technical regulations of UCI and the organizing committee
In case of disagreement or any disputes in the interpretation of the rules , the English text shall prevail .
9 )start : all competitors must report themselves to the organizers at least 20 minutes before the start of the event .
10 )refreshment : Competitors may have refreshment at the designated feeding areas or as agreed by the panel of commissaire .
11) protests : Any protests or claims will be dealt with the UCI rules and regulations . all protests must be accompanied by a deposit of US$ 25 or its equivalent.
Any protests without deposit will be considered void .
12 )Uniforms/ team jerseys : Competitors must wear their official competition uniforms .
13 )Equipment : Competing teams are notified to bring own space bicycles and spare parts for the entire competition as no spare bicycles and spare parts will be supplied .
