Schedule of the Project “Tourist Bike Hatyai MTB Jamboree 2013” 
Friday 31th May 2013 Sports tourists travel from Malaysia and gather at Sadao Immigration Office.
8.00 hrs. - Sports tourists travel from Malaysia to Sadao Border.
10.00 hrs. -The Committee welcome sports tourists and followers by
fresh jasmine garlands at the Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel
Hatyai. The sports tourists register to get the numbers
and souvenirs shirts.
15.00 hrs. - Lord Mayor of Hatyai city Municipality delivers welcome
speech and signals the start of biking-around-town.
16.30 hrs. -Sports tourists cycle back to the Lee Gardens Plaza
Hotel Hatyai and have a rest at their favors.
08.00-21.00 hrs. Exhibitions of Sponsor
Saturday 1st June 2013 07.00 hrs. -Sports tourists gather at Hatyai Municipal Park.
07.50 hrs. -President of the Ceremony delivers Opening Speech.
08.00 hrs. -Signal for the start.
11.00 hrs. -Sport tourists start to reach t]he finish line.
12.00 hrs. -Sports tourists and followers have lunch.
17.30 hrs. - All Bikers come to Grand Ballroom A. (floor 8) at the
Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel Hatyai
18.30 hrs. -Diner and Entertainment.
19.30 hrs. -Performances by Songkhla Tourism Council.

24.00 hrs. -Closing Ceremony.
