Fightoooooooo
Actually just try to paddle without stop 1 hr 3-4 times per week like khun Pong said is quite enough. Last 2 months need to do some interval training to increase lactic threshold. By adding short sprint at heart rate about 85 percent of maximum heart rate for 3 minutes and slow for 3 minutes, doing about 10 rep (total time is 60 minutes). This will ensure that you can follow the rest of the major group.
When stay at the main group speed usually increase about 10 percent. So stay at the speed 32-35 is much easier than u thing as long as you all can remain in the group. However climbing over some of the bridge could represent a serious issue for some of our members.
To climb better need to do some training once or twice a week by adding small session 30 minutes interval training by paddle at 60 rpm with very heavy gear for 1-2 minutes and very light gear with 120 rpm for 1-2 minutes keep the same speed and doing for 15-20 rep per session.
Sorry for typing in English Krub. My iPad could not type Thai. If anyone want to received advice on long distance cycling with little time on training schedule as 6-7 hours per week can contact me over pm na Krub. I have some experiences for youth training and many could cycling 100+ km in just 2-3 months with minimal training hours per week Krub.
Good luck to u all Krub
