สิ่งสำคัญของนักปั่นจักรยานนอกจากร่างกายที่ต้องฝึกฝนให้มีความแข็งแกร่ง แล้วอุปกรณ์ก็เป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการเลือกใช้ อุปกรณ์ที่สำคัญที่ขาดไม่ได้ก็คือวงล้อ เพราะในการปั่นนักจักรยานจะต้องการความลื่นไหลและแรงเหวี่ยงในการหมุนของล้อ จึงมีผู้ผลิตคิดค้นเทคโนโลยีที่จะทำให้นักปั่นได้ไปสู่ความสำเร็จ
VUELTA เป็นวงล้อสัญชาติอิตาลีที่ได้รับการทดสอบโดยนิตยสารจักรยานของเยอรมัน Tour และ Triathlon ได้ออกแบบล้อมาทั้งแบบ Road และ MTB มีทั้งแบบใช้วัสดุทั้งอลูมิเนียมและคาร์บอน Vuelta ได้ทำการค้นว้าเทคโนโลยีในการผลิตวงล้อให้มีความนุ่ม และการลื่นไหล และเหวี่ยงตามหลัก Aerodynamicsจึงทำให้เกิดความลื่นไหลในการปั่นจนได้รับการบันทึกเป็นWorld Record ให้เป็น The Fastest Wheels in The World
