I like both bike design very much. They are all very capable bikes.
Seven Duo,Maverick ML7 and Klein Palomino share very similar trade although the Seven and Klein are more XC with steeper angle than the ML7 which has a bit more slack which is a good trade.
ML8 however is on its own league. All Monolink designs climb extremely well with no bob and fully active suspension, and for the ML8 with 165mm of rear travel and 27.8lbs it can climb just about anything. Monolink also descend well you have so much control because the rear wheel path is the same as the front, which make for a very predictable ride. The only thing that bother me is the noise it makes some time because the pivot is at the floating BB sooner or later it will make some noise.
Ibis Mojo is an incredible bike climb really well but does not feel as good as Mavericks. It's not as crisp. Mojo accelerate well and can maintain the speed like it's on autopilot. The bike is so quiet that you are going at least 3-5 mph faster. High speed cornering is also fun the bike drift through the corner well and give you total sense of control. I built mine up originally at about 23.6lbs but it's not realistic set up for good trail ride so I upgrade to a bigger rubber and adj seatpost( a must have for trail ride). I also tried the pivot mach 5 which is a great ride a bit more like the Maverick ML7 but not as firm. I just also test ride the prototype 5spot Turner, it's a dream ride only it weight about a pound more than Ibis.
I hope I've been helpful
Maverick,
