I'll write in English as it seems as though much of what has been written in Thai has so far been ignored.

Overall it was an enjoyable ride and ridden in good spirit with the Samila Century cyclings shirt being of a very nice design and made from a comfortable material. Nice medals and certificates too.

A few issues leave a sour taste in one's mouth though.

There was one section of road lasting several kilometres that was completely unsuitable for cycling as it was full of pot-holes - some of which were too big to be safely avoided. I personally witnessed about ten riders suffering punctures during the course of that one section. Surely a safer route could have been found.

The marshalling was simply not good enough, we were even sent down the wrong road at one point which left all of the leading group right at the back once we had turned around and gone the correct way. The marshals on scooters did their best to keep up and tell us where to go but the simple fact is that there should be a marshall at every single junction. Also, the situation where we were stuck in a traffic jam at a traffic light is one that I have never before experienced in a bike race. Utterly ridiculous.

There were also suggestions made that some riders had cheated by catching a lift in a pick-up truck before finishing the race (allegedly) in the trophy positions which is obviously completely unacceptable behaviour. There was one rider in particular who made himself very unpopular by causing a crash on the finish line due to his own stupidity and then lying about finishing fourth when he had actually finished sixth. Even after watching the video he still lied and refused to hand over the fourth place card.

The trophies were too few in number. Ten would have been enough but at most other events 20-50 is normal with five expensive trophies made of ceramic or glass and the rest being cheap plastic ones.

I'm not sure if my team will be back next year. It would be nice to have the organisers address our complaints and explain what can be done to improve the problems that occurred.

The event was so successful with great smiles from all bikers…who are so nice, lovely and friendly. Of course there must have been some inconvenience for which we would like to apologize. We would like to let you know that we always expect the best or in other words the ideal for all our friends…but sometimes we can’t help unintended inconvenience. We promise you to make things better ‘cause we have learned our lessons but thanks for that…we are experienced…or expert…now! However, we would be very pleased, more than happy, to hear any suggestions or complaints that you may have. I humbly think that you all know that all things we have done come directly from our hearts. Anyway, keep biking and keep in touch and keep our strong friendship and love.

Replying almost a year late without even referring to any of the points that I made.... Never mind I understand that you have races to promote and money to make, so you must pretend to care about your c̶u̶s̶t̶o̶m̶e̶r̶s̶ sorry I mean riders. Business as usual....
